It was perfectly clean and the staff were useful and excellent, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location of the hotel was very central, just next door to the old town in Bilbao, railway station and pubs in old town. Café Cafe Noir located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The room with themed decor. There were climate control, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making machines, which was great. The staff was incredibly nice, quiet atmosphere. The location was marvellous and stunning yet it was right by downtown area, just 15 minutes by foot.

Everyone who works in the hotel is really good and amazingly nice. The ambiance is quiet. The rooms are uniquely decorated and beautifully designed with a unique theme, so that guests have essentials. You will find an air conditioning, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making equipment.
The bathrooms are dark.
